To Insert:
1. Clean and dry dentures.
2. Apply adhesive in thin strips, avoiding the denture’s edge.
3. Rinse your mouth before inserting dentures.

To Remove:
1. Rinse mouth with water.
2. Remove the denture slowly by using a rocking motion.
